All three of these songs lie somewhere on the spectrum of terrifying music. "Broken Witch," to me, is about human possibility, modified humanity, the extremes of what can happen to people and because of people (still probably the creepiest thing I've ever heard). "shiny metal rods," like much of the music on SAW II, seems pre-human.
